Responsibilities :
* Define and maintain the business architecture of HEALTH+
* Identify synergies between Apps and modules that are running on the platform together with IT
* Steer the IT development roadmap based on business requirements
* Manage budget requirements of the HEALTH+ platform together with IT and business divisions
* Organize the HEALTH+ steering board
* Consolidate business cases for development projects
* Collaboration with Product Managers and Venture Architects of Digital Products running on HEALTH+
* Ensure quality, security, and performance of the platform together with IT
* Define measures to optimize quality, security, performance, and of the platform
Qualifications :
* Bachelor or Master degree as MBA or comparable degree
* Experience as a business architect or platform owner with strong execution skills in an innovative environment
* Strong IT skills, especially cloud technologies
* Extensive experience as a Product Owner with expertise in project management
* Ability to prioritize and manage business requirements while confidently navigating within a corporate organization
* Excellent communication and mediation skills
* Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
* Fluent in German and English
