About our Catapult Team
The Catapult Team partners closely with clients, crafting solutions that empower brands to make well-informed decisions spanning marketing, logistics, sales, and product management. Catapult empowers brands to make impactful decisions through real-time insights and market intelligence. If you are motivated, proactive, and excited to help the Marketing & Business Development to succeed, this role is perfect for you!
As a key player on our Go-to-Market team, you’ll take ownership of critical marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand visibility, and sales support.
The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

* You research target companies via LinkedIn Sales Navigator — so we reach the right leads
* You analyze markets and competitors — to uncover new growth opportunities
* You create LinkedIn content — to drive engagement and position us as experts
* You grow our thought leader’s network with automation tools — to boost brand visibility
* You optimize landing pages and website content — to improve SEO and clarity
* You develop case studies — to help sales close more deals
* You track KPIs — to measure impact and guide improvements
* You collaborate with the Go-to-Market team — to keep projects moving smoothly
Requirements
Who Are You?
* 1+ year of hands-on experience in B2B marketing
* Fluent in German and English
* A mix of creativity and analytics
* Confidence working with KPIs
* You like to take ownership and run projects from concept to completion
* Experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, CMS/ landing page builders, SEO tools, ChatGPT
* A Masters's degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar
