Key Responsibilities: Conversion Funnel Mastery: Analyze and optimize the entire conversion funnel, pinpointing areas for improvement to increase conversion rates and drive sales. Customer Journey Optimization: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the user experience across all digital touchpoints. A/B Testing & Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing to validate your hypotheses and continuously refine your approach, ensuring your optimization efforts are truly impactful. Data-Driven Reporting: Create compelling reports and dashboards to track performance, identify emerging trends, and inform future optimization strategies. Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and IT teams to ensure a unified and optimized customer experience. Your Profile: 5 years of experience in conversion optimization management or a similar role within e-commerce A solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation and results Excellent analytical skills and a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
