Owning support: You take responsibility for the 1st and 2nd level support for the company’s ERP system (currently SAP Business ByDesign). Solving challenges: You independently resolve system malfunctions, maintenance tickets, and system change requests using the ticket board. Collaborating effectively: You work closely with team colleagues managing other IT tools (Salesforce, Azure, etc.) to address cross-system issues, deploy new features, or automate processes. Driving innovation: You discuss process improvement ideas with stakeholders and explore new ways of working. Mastering solutions: You demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting. Your fitness level Proven expertise: You have at least 2 years of practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business ByDesign in the FI/CO area. Solid foundation: You ideally possess well-rounded technical knowledge and a strong understanding of processes.
