These challenges await you:
1. Contribute to the creation of a Customer Journey Blueprint for Region Europe markets and identify gaps and opportunities to further enhance and develop a seamless online to offline customer journey
2. Co-create a Customer Journey Management Toolbox by leveraging market research, performance analysis, and best practice exchanges between Markets and Regions
3. Assist in establishing and managing a collaboration model with headquarter and Region Europe markets to ensure alignment and efficiency
4. Prepare presentation materials and assist in key meetings with Markets and Headquarter stakeholders, e.g. conferences, demand boards, regular performance calls
5. Support to track requirements and developments within the eCommerce demand management process
6. Deliver eCommerce performance analysis and reporting, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
7. Foster close cooperation and daily exchange with internal departments and European market teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives
8. Collaborate with the team in day-to-day operations, offering proactive support across various initiatives
Qualifikationen
9. (International) studies in the field of Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering or a comparable course of study
10. Ideally, you have experience in a digital environment and / or in the automotive industry
11. You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
12. Proficient in English (written and spoken)
13. German language is an advantageous
