Area of Responsibilities:
1. ESG Data Collection, Reporting, and Disclosure:
1. Define, collect, compile, and report ESG data and metrics in compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy.
2. Ensure comprehensive and accurate ESG disclosure, supported by ESG software platforms.
3. Lead cross-functional collaboration and project management efforts to enable effective data collection and validation.
4. Coordinate and implement CO2 accounting processes, including Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).
2. Monitoring and Internal Steering:
5. Continuously monitor, analyze, and interpret ESG data to support internal decision-making processes.
6. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing sustainability performance.
3. Data Management:
7. Develop and manage a robust system architecture for ESG data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data security.
8. Implement data governance best practices to guarantee auditable and transparent reporting processes.
Profile of Qualifications:
9. ESG Expertise: Demonstrated experience with ESG reporting frameworks, including CSRD, ESG standards, platforms, and data management.
10. Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
11. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
12. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
