Do you know how to inform and enrich product development with a deep understanding and empathy for the user?
We are seeking a Product Designer (m/f/x) to join our Scroll Documents team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the vision for the next major version of our content management apps, focusing on delivering a modern and streamlined user experience. You’ll work in cross-functional, self-organized product teams, collaborating across disciplines to create a seamless and intuitive design experience.

Your Future Role
* Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
* Translate research insights into actionable design solutions, ensuring a user-centered approach in product development.
* Design and refine the user experience across our Scroll Documents app, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user journey.
* Work closely with developers and product managers, ensuring seamless implementation of design solutions and balancing technical feasibility with user needs.
* Collaborate with Product Designers from other teams to provide a well-integrated solution and consistent experience for customers.
* Establish and improve UX and design processes, driving best practices for usability and accessibility.
* Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and shared learning.
Your Background
* At least three years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.
* Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to drive design decisions.
* Proven experience in creating design deliverables, including prototypes, design systems, UI, and visual design.
* Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other designers, helping to foster skill development and a strong design culture.
* Data-informed mindset, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design improvements.
* Strong communication skills, effectively presenting and explaining design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and product managers.
* Experience working with Atlassian tools and the Atlassian Design System (ADS) is a plus.
* Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
