Specifically, this highly visible and strategic role requires a candidate who possesses the following characteristics: Deep sales capability talking to a variety of stakeholders and decision makers at strategic Digital native companies and ISVs Engaging with senior executives and technical leaders involved with the most strategic Scale-Ups and Unicorns Developing deep and long-term relationships with key scale-ups at a c-suite and senior executive level Build coalition and support of senior leadership teams throughout all organizations within MSFT. Consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue targets through disciplined pipeline and forecast management. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Significant years of related experience, including senior sales or business development roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
