Vice President Sales (m/f/d) – Business Management Software
Our client, a PE-backed, European-headquartered Business Management Software Group with circa €300M in revenue, is looking for an experienced Vice President Sales (m/f/d) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and shape the future of cutting-edge software solutions on the digital shop floor, QMS, MES, and CAQ software.
Your Role
As Vice President Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing a forward-looking sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team towards success.
Your Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a future-oriented sales strategy for market expansion.
2. Identify new market opportunities and drive growth in MES and CAQ software.
3. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching and KPI-driven optimization.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
5. Continuously analyze market trends to optimize our solutions' positioning.
6. Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to customer acquisition and account management.
7. Work closely with product management, marketing, and senior leadership to align our solutions with market needs.
Your Profile
1. Several years as a Senior AE looking for the next step into leadership, or currently a Sales Leader, preferably in the B2B software space.
2. Strong expertise in Digital Shop Floor, Industry 4.0 Software, Quality or Production Management Software.
3. Proven success in leading and developing Sales Teams.
4. Ability to engage and influence at management and C-Level effectively.
