Your Responsibilities – What to Expect: As a Project Manager in international plant engineering, you will independently manage exciting projects in the New Food sector. You will oversee the entire process—from the initial proposal preparation and planning to commissioning and successful handover to our customers. Specifically, your tasks will include: Managing and organizing international projects and project teams. Analyzing contract documents and defining project objectives (quality, time, cost). Creating and maintaining project schedules. Conducting risk and stakeholder analyses. Monthly project reporting and professional claims management. Applying engineering expertise in the field of biotech/New Food. Designing, specifying, and procuring equipment, components, and piping. Coordinating supplier inquiries and order processing. Preparing cost calculations and proposal texts in collaboration with specialist departments. Leading customer and supplier discussions both domestically and internationally. Your Profile – What You Bring: A successfully completed engineering degree in (bio-)process and process engineering, biotechnology, food technology, or a comparable technical qualification. Several years of professional experience in international plant engineering or a comparable position. Strong organizational skills, an independent and structured working style. Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Very good English skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in MS Office. Team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
