Your Responsibilities Find the right members for our network Your primary task will be to recruit members for our networks. This will involve engaging in exciting conversations with profiles from the business community, both through online meetings and over the phone. Success in this role lies in your ability to identify the specific needs for professional sparring among potential members and match them with relevant network groups of like-minded leaders and specialists. This approach benefits not only the organization but also its members and the companies they represent. Though we operate in a competitive market, the satisfaction of many of our members ensures a strong reputation. You will qualify your leads in collaboration with a team of skilled researchers. Qualifications and Skills Can you build confidence in our product during conversations? A background in commerce, B2B sales, or other experience in proactive sales is an advantage but not required. Experience in the insurance industry or expertise in finance or IT is also a plus. You speak and write German fluently. English is required at B2 level. Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful but can be learned.
