Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and implement effective talent strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and other creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
* Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment and experience in best hiring practices.
* Strong stakeholder management experience through effective business partnerships and a deep understanding of departmental needs.
* Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing and employment law is a plus.
* Good communication skills in German and English.
