For our office in Hamburg, we are looking for a Portfolio Analyst (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities: Support in defining and executing the investment strategy of clean energy and energy transition fund strategies. Assist in portfolio construction and carrying out the deal acquisition process from investment analysis to acquisition in close collaboration with investment management. Manage the post-transaction process and oversee assets across various development stages to preserve and enhance asset value. Assist in performance monitoring of a diverse renewable energy portfolio to maximize financial and operational efficiency. Liquidity Management and controlling of fund and asset-related key performance indicators. Prepare comprehensive decision proposals and presentations for various stakeholders, including the AIFM’s Investment Committee, internal boards, and external investor committees. Ensure ongoing investment compliance of existing portfolio. Ad-hoc portfolio analyses and operational support, i.e. NAV validation, and fund audit. Work on client and regulatory reporting-related tasks including ESG assessments / SFDR reporting. Your Qualifications Hands-on and proactive individual who possesses initiative, and adaptability and can communicate effectively across multicultural teams. First professional experience preferably with an AIFM or within Corporate Finance, Audit, or Consulting (2 years desired experience). University degree in business or economics or any other investment-related field. First experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial modeling and a good understanding of general accounting rules and practices. Fluency in German and English is a must.
