For our office in Hamburg, Luxembourg or Madrid we are looking for a DIMA Monitoring Analyst (f/m/d) Diversified Infrastructure & Multi Asset Investments Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Evaluating Investment Committee decisions – detailed analysis of investment proposals for debt/ equity investments in the renewable asset classes (brownfield or greenfield; PV, Wind, BESS) Monitoring, analyzing and steering the global portfolio within the renewable asset classes and the interim financing landscape. Monitoring the use of funds and flow of funds. Following market developments in the renewable asset classes and power – and financing – markets. Preparing and monitoring of investment limitations, distribution calculations, NAV calculations, the plausibility of valuation results etc. Conducting performance attribution analyses, sensitivity analyses, and stress tests on project level Preparing internal and external reporting. Supporting the team at all stages of complex fund investments/project financings Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your Qualifications: Accomplished bachelor or master degree (business administration, economics, finance or similar). Min. 1 – 3 years work experience in Investment Management/Banking, Asset Management or a field in a related industry, preferably in renewable energy/ infrastructure investments. Good Knowledge in the field of project financing, complex financings and/or private placements & the renewable energy markets (incl. PPAs, EPC, O&M, etc). Good financial model skills (FAST Standard is beneficial). Excellent organizing skills, precise and reliable working methods coupled with a high degree of independence, implementation strength, and flexibility. Advanced verbal and written English communication skills are required (German and any other language is considered beneficial). Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team. Highly motivated and able to work independently in an international environment.
