Our mission
syte is an innovative technology company founded in 2021 that is revolutionizing the real estate industry with digital solutions. We have already been awarded several times for our innovative solutions, most recently with the German AI Award 2023 and the AI Startup Award 2024. Our focus is on the development and implementation of strategies to optimize refurbishment projects with the aim of promoting sustainability and efficiency in the real estate industry.
Real estate meets tech
At syte, we recognize that the future of the construction industry lies in the fusion of architecture and technology with a strong focus on sustainable refurbishment. We strive to attract top talent to help us align our processes closely with our clients' needs, particularly in the field of building refurbishment. Our innovative approach uses advanced data collection to increase the efficiency of our machine learning analyses and monitor comprehensive refurbishment projects. Our aim is not only to provide urban development proposals, but also a comprehensive project development calculation that takes into account financial aspects such as rents, construction costs, tax benefits and government subsidies for energy-efficient refurbishments. This enables us to quickly generate economic forecasts that support investment decisions in the refurbishment sector.

The ENERsyte Project
Currently, the processing time for municipal heat planning takes 12–18 months. The ENERsyte project aims to develop comprehensive digital decision-support tools to streamline this, targeting a reduction in the technical phase to six months and potentially cutting the overall time by up to six months.
For the past months we have been working on a prototype of a heat planning tool and have received some positive feedback from the first partner municipalities. The goal for the remaining project duration is to gather user feedback/requirements, enhance the prototype functionality, automate and scale the data pipelines and incorporate the research outputs of our partners and scientists. Also we want to enlist more municipalities and prepare the path for continuation of the work beyond project completion (e.g. with a follow-up project or business adoption).
Permanent Position
This is a permanent employment position. syte is committed to continue the investment into research & development. The ENERsyte project ends on November 30 2025 and we will shape the future of the team and your role together with you.
