Job Description
State of the art integrated circuits take advantage of CMOS technology downscaling and provide minimal size sensors while offering high density of functions. In this internship project, we are aiming to develop a low power, low noise analog frontend for Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). State of the art design methods will be used, and emphasis will be given on the investigation of techniques that reduce non-idealities and secondary effects of the frontend architecture.
1. During your internship, you will make block level design your main topic.
2. The transistor level implementation and verification will also be part of your tasks.
3. You will clearly gain valuable experience in the process - also for the time after your studies.
Qualifications
4. Education: studies in the field of Electrical Engineering and Microelectronics
5. Experience and Knowledge: first experience in analog circuit level design and industry standard tools (Cadence, MATLAB/Simulink etc...)
6. Personality and Working Practice: responsible, self-motivated and innovative person
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 4 - 6 months
