Role Overview Support the Senior Brand Media Manager in executing impactful media campaigns across three brands (L24, f, THV). Drive brand awareness, optimize media performance, and manage digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel media campaigns (YouTube, CTV, TV, Radio). Analyze performance, generate insights, and track KPIs. Collaborate with agencies and partners for media buying and execution. Identify and evaluate new media opportunities. Work closely with creative, data, and business teams. Manage campaign budgets efficiently. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Requirements Must-Haves: 3-5 years of media planning and execution experience (client & agency-side). Proven expertise in YouTube, Online Video, and CTV campaigns. Strong knowledge of the German media landscape. Analytical mindset with KPI-driven optimization skills. Excellent communication in German and English. Agile, collaborative, and adept at managing multiple campaigns. Nice-to-Haves: TV and Radio campaign experience. Familiarity with OOH and other offline channels. Why Join?
