Job Description
IN A NUTSHELL
You'll be responsible for driving the development, optimization, and deployment of Red Bull Distribution Management tools, systems, and processes to ensure alignment and effectiveness in all markets where Red Bull is distributed through wholesalers and distributors.
TASK FORCES & BUSINESS REVIEWS
You'll support regions and markets through the Taskforce Program, which is designed to collaboratively enhance RTM (Route-to-Market) performance, while also managing regular business review meetings with markets to align on Business Plan priorities.
IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES
You'll support the markets in identifying distribution and execution opportunities to drive their Reach (Distribution) and Win vs. Competition (Execution).
SET UP RTM (ROUT-TO-MARKET)
You'll facilitate the RTM (Route-to-Market) setup process by guiding markets in identifying ideal distribution partners through the Pathfinder process, segmenting the RTM network of distribution partners and wholesalers, and enhancing efficiencies through the Territory Optimization project.
BUILD THE BEST TEAM
You'll advise markets on identifying the optimal organizational structure for various RTM (Route-to-Market) models and ensure these teams are equipped with the Distribution Management training curriculum.
ACTIVATE RTM (ROUT-TO-MARKET)
You'll be responsible for championing the establishment and integration of the Set/Track/Drive mentality and ways of working across all markets.
Qualifications
University Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience
Fluent in English (must), Spanish & Portuguese (plus)
Minimum 3 years sales management experience in either Distribution, Wholesale or Key Accounts. Team management is a plus
Commercial and finance understanding
Ability to influence and manage key Stakeholders
Strong analytical skills using internal and external data sources
High level of proficiency in Sales applications, BI reporting, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus
Learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
A team player with great integrity
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Resilience and adaptability to solve problems and identify priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
