The Role
As First Sales Hire in DACH, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion. You’ll:
✅ Own the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to closing enterprise deals
✅ Develop relationships with key decision-makers in industries like fintech, e-commerce, insurance, and banking
✅ Craft and execute the regional sales strategy to hit revenue targets
✅ Collaborate with the founders to shape product-market fit and refine messaging
✅ Build and lead a sales team as we scale the business across DACH

What We’re Looking For
Proven enterprise sales experience in SaaS/tech, ideally in fraud, ID verification or KYC solutions
Deep knowledge of the DACH market with a strong network of enterprise contacts
Track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
Self-starter mentality with a hunger to drive growth in an unstructured environment
Leadership potential – ready to build and manage a team as we scale
Fluent German and English
