Your prospective job:
For our client, a multinational IT company, we are looking for you as a Junior Marketing Program Manager E-Commerce (m/f/d). Our client is one of the the largest vendor of computer software in the world. It is also a leading provider of cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware, search and other online services.
To accelerate growth in Central Europe (incl. Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland) and the MEA region, we are looking for you to grow online sales of Surface, Gaming and Microsoft 365 products across digital store fronts (E-Commerce). This position requires a self-starter who can proactively work within an ambiguous environment demonstrating problem solving skills and the ability to effectively analyze data and communicate with different stakeholders across the organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Optimize traffic to Digital Store through all marketing channels (including SEM, display, affiliates, CRM mails) in partnership with corporate demand generation, affiliate teams and PR.
- Build exhaustive promotional plans for computer devices, gaming products, including Xbox hardware and gaming subscriptions
- Partner with Category Buyers/Planners/Site Merchandiser/Production to execute promotions and campaigns.
- Provide benchmarks of key competitors and develop insights and recommendations for Microsoft Store.
- Develop deep business understanding and customer insights on PC, Gaming and Microsoft 365 products based on triangulation of data across sales and marketing touch-points, web reporting data and end-customer research.
- Analyze and publish sales and marketing performance reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights on Key Performance indicators (e.g. traffic, conversion, subscriptions etc.).
- Use quantitative and qualitative data (customer feedback) to develop solutions for key customer pain points along the customer journey in close cooperation with site merchandising with the goal to increase conversion rate.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent German & English language skills required
- Excellent writing skills in German
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data sets from various business analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Excel)
- Digital Marketing and e-commerce background preferred
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis are your passion.
