We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner, Global Sales and Marketing EUR (m/f/d) to become part of our Molex team. You will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships with our Molex Global Sales & Marketing leaders by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role involves providing comprehensive HR support to our global sales and marketing teams, predominantly for our German employees, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, driving talent management initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, ensuring the delivery of value-added HR services that contribute to the overall success of the organization. Our Team
You will be part of a multinational HR Team that supports our Global Sales & Marketing organization across 15 European countries. As part of our Employee Experience focus area, we're constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes, policies and practices and to create new, smarter ways of working. You will become part of a creative and innovative team that knows how to drive changes in a complex organization with many stakeholders. What You Will Do - Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnering:
1. Collaborate with leaders across GSM EMEA to understand business goals and align strategies to support these objectives. GSM is made up of field sales, customer service, marketing and sales operations.
2. Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
3. Act as a proactive Champion for the leadership capability that identifies and addresses gaps and provide tools, resources, coaching, to help managers develop their people to enable greater levels of productivity and value creation.
Legal and Compliance:
1. Implementing organizational and disciplinary measures while considering relevant legal and contractual regulations.
2. Partnering with the legal and compliance departments to understand legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, managing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Talent Management:
1. Drive talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
2. Implement strategies to retain key talent and enhance employee engagement.
3. In strong collaboration with the Recruitment Team, drive talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Leverage data and partner with the benefits team to ensure competitive and our approach to compensation is applied and practiced.
2. Support the facilitation and thought-partnership of performance-based incentive programs and overall total compensation and benefits initiatives.
HRIS Management and Data & Analytics
1. Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of business initiatives.
2. Proactively enhancing our HR processes in cooperation with the global corporate group.
Culture and Engagement:
1. Act as a steward and champion and drive enhancement of Molex's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that is centered around our principles of human progress and our framework of mutual benefit.
2. Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
Who You Are - Your Qualifications
1. Professional experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering in a global and matrixed organization.
2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, specifically for Germany
3. Proven experience in talent management and organizational development, including design and facilitation of workshops and other learning and development initiatives.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build strong and trusting relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. Reliability, commitment, and a proactive, confidential, and responsible work approach.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience supporting sales and marketing functions is preferred.
9. Fluent language proficiency in English and able to communicate in German.
