We develop and execute sustainable processes and strategies to make a valuable contribution to solving global challenges. Our team manages the implementation of environmental goals (e.g. decarbonization or circular economy/materials) in our products to guarantee the achievement of the sustainability targets within AUDI AG.
This includes challenging tasks like:
- Project Management: Management of sustainability activities as well as organization and moderation of interdisciplinary working groups
- Presentation of AUDI AGs decarbonization and circular economy strategy in the decision-making processes in relevant committees and project meetings
- Development and implementation of strategic target ambitions for our products and consolidation of regional ambitions
- Identification and coordination of specific decarbonization and circular economy measures over all life cycle stages and with all relevant departments (e.g. R&D, controlling, etc.)
- Coordination, tracking and monitoring of the decarbonization and circular economy progress of AUDI AG which includes developing and updating sustainability roadmaps
- Product management: alignment of goals, measures, and budgets as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Technical approval and coordination of communication activities concerning sustainability
- Support of the political and association activities especially on LCA related obligations incl. alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Department Description
# You will complete a first project within your target field “Project Management Sustainability”.
# In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
# In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
# You will engage in various working groups within the AGGP Community
# After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field “Project Management Sustainability”.
Project Description
# University degree from an accredited university in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or similar with focus on sustainability or environment required
# Above-average academic performance
# analytical skills and understanding of sustainability standards and practices as well as good communication and MS Office skills
# Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
# Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
# Fluent English and German (at least B2)
