Head Of Marketing (m/f/v) – Footwear Tasks: Marketing Strategy and Plan • Support the creation and implementation of annual marketing plans, defining the marketing mix that drives familiarity and consideration of the brand, lead generation, increased awareness and adoption of technology solutions as well as conversion and retention of business. • Manage market insights Brand Marketing Build our brand and raise brand awareness. Working in close partnership with Brand and communication teams to enable execution of content across all Coats channels with a consistent ‘Coats voice’. • Develop an annual content & campaign calendar with supporting KPIs and dashboard reporting • Partner with the product, technical service, commercial teams and the other key stakeholders as required to establish the focus products and business segments to be developed into the content and campaign calendar • Produce valuable and engaging content for Coats website that attracts and converts target customers • Brief and guide copywriters to create professionally written stories for advertisements, social media, web, emails and industry media. Events, Exhibitions & Sponsorship Management Build and develop Events Calendar, working together with the Line Manager to ensure events are in line strategic priorities and demonstrates maximum return on investment. • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors • Produce detailed annual proposals for events - including annual budget, timelines, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing. • Ensure that all leads captured are passed onto the relevant departments to be actioned Other Responsibilities • Execute market-facing segment activities through optimum mix of media including webcasts, web, video, email, social media, and print communications; industry and customer events as well as sponsorships and speaker placements. • Ensure quality of translated material into local languages for all centrally produced marketing assets. • Support customer sensing / customer survey processes • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Skills: • At least 5-6 years’ experience in B2B marketing • Strong project management skills • Good content creation skills • Familiarity with analytical, database and reporting tools • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team • Experiencing in marketing/sales automation platforms • Experience on CMS platforms • Proficiency in marketing automation technology Knowledge, Generative AI • Strong copy writing • Branding Strategy • Knowledge of Industry Are you interested?
