1. Leading a team of individuals
2. Organizing regular 1:1s with every individual in a managed team to give and receive feedback
3. Coaching, mentoring and developing individuals
4. Handling holidays, sickness, travel and recognition for the team
5. Helping individuals determine the best way to reach their professional goals
6. Managing performance and providing useful, timely feedback
7. Guiding individuals to the right training courses and certifications
8. Building career, training and development plans for individuals
9. Onboarding new individuals
10. Close cooperation with Squads’ Tech Leads
11. Engaging in the regional SPS community
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
12. Proven, strong experience in managing (3+ years) engineering teams, with the proven ability to coach, motivate and support the personal growth of the engineers
13. Fluent in English and German
14. Strong Leadership Skills
15. Good understanding of infrastructure operations environment
16. Good understanding of ITIL framework and service management
17. Good understanding of regional HR regulations
18. Familiar with Agile methodologies
19. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
20. Strong communication and organizational skills
21. Ready to travel
