Tasks
Where you will have an impact:
In this role, you play an active role in training our drivers and continuously support them throughout their development. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our training programs and driving data. You will ensure that our fleet operations adhere to the highest security standards.
* Keep training records up to date and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Regularly review and improve training programs based on feedback and effectiveness.
* Assess driving skills across teams and individuals, ensuring quality standards are met through personalized coaching.
* Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources.
* Work with experts to enhance training content, delivery, and operational standards.
* Track and analyse training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop and oversee quality assurance processes for training programs and operational procedures.
* Support team leads in staff development and training completion.
Requirements
What you will bring
Essential:
* very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German
* strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* advanced driving background, i.e. as a driving instructor, examiner, driving safety instructor, or similar driving qualifications
* Excellent time management and excellent planning abilities
also required:
* full clean driving licence (clean driving record, no points)
* At least 8 years driving experience mainly in Germany/EU & a valid driving license
* clean criminal record (no entries)
* all applicants will be subject to a health check (before/after) the offer and should disclose any conditions that may affect their ability to safely operate a vehicle
* employment is contingent upon passing random drug and alcohol testing, in accordance with our Drugs & Alcohol policy.
desirable**:**
* a recognised Assessor qualification/experience
* a recognised Quality Assurance qualification/experience
* ADAS experience
* experience in driving professionally, i.e. with T1/T2/Bertha qualification or equivalent in automotive industry
