Within Corporate IT, you would be joining the team “Group Compliance, Risk & Audit IT”. We adjust standard software and develop customized applications, using the latest technologies, for corporate control functions including requirement specification, solution design and implementation. The Group Compliance, Risk & Audit IT Team is a highly talented and experienced team located in two regions (Cork & Frankfurt). You will work in our brand building in Eschborn. Tasks/responsibilities Good understanding of the Business Processes and business process design You will participate in agile projects with an emphasis on risk, compliance & audit applications Guide, educate and drive project members to follow agile principles Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation Embody the agile principles and lead by example. Provide and exchange expertise with other teams in the organization to drive adoption of agile methodologies Actively collaborate with the teams in Cork, Frankfurt, Prague and Luxembourg to ensure delivery progress Qualifications/required skills University degree in Computer Science or a comparable education Good level of development skills, preferably in SAP environments e.g. FIORI, UI5, CDS-Views, ABAP, Web Dynpro, Workflow, Demonstrated experience of successfully coaching teams as a scrum master Proven expertise in using an agile project methodology and dev/ops tools (Github, Jira, etc.) Hold certification as a coach or master in an agile method Good communications skills, own initiatives, able to work independently and excellent analytical skills round of your profile Ability to work in a multi-cultural international team Fluency in English is mandatory, in verbal and written form; German is an asset. Resourceful and self-sufficient, ability to work independently, and propose creative solutions Experience with a GRC- (Governance Risk Compliance), Audit -solution or professional experience in any other control function area is not mandatory but would be an additional asset
