This influential role requires a deep understanding of the Micro Electronics sector, coupled with strong sales acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in generating and executing a robust sales pipeline, building strategic customer relationships, and aligning with our European market approach. Day-to-Day Duties: • Identify and prioritise high-potential opportunities within the Micro Electronics market • Lead technical and commercial development of water treatment solutions and services • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to generate qualified leads • Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer organisations • Collaborate with the European Market Leader for MicroE to ensure coordinated strategy execution • Participate in alignment meetings to discuss market opportunities and strategic initiatives • Support market development initiatives and joint value proposition development • Harmonise sales operations across regions, defining clear objectives and action plans • Monitor and lead key opportunities through the sales pipeline • Develop opportunity-specific sales strategies to close new business This role reports to the European Sales ES Leader.
