A dynamic and innovative company in the medical technology sector is seeking a Technical Writer (m/f/d) for a permanent position to start as soon as possible. The position can be performed 100% remotely across Germany or on-site in Berlin. Your Responsibilities: Creating and updating Instructions for Use (IFUs), patient brochures, and implant cards in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Reviewing and approving technical documentation in collaboration with the Development, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Usability, and Risk Management departments. Ensuring the clarity and user-friendliness of all technical documentation. Supporting the development and implementation of documentation processes and standards. Creating training materials and presentations for internal and external training sessions. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and quality of documentation. Your Qualifications: A degree in Technical Writing, Medical Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience as a Technical Writer in the medical technology field, with specific experience in creating and managing IFUs for (active) implants being essential. In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971). Fluent language skills in English and/or German. Ideally, experience with common documentation tools (e.g., MS Office). Strong ability to present complex technical issues in a clear and precise manner. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured and independent working style.
