Recruitment strategy and governance
* Is involved in defining Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) talent pools.
* Defines CRM talent pools strategies, policies, processes, and standards.
* Defines the sourcing strategy for CRM talent pools.
* Reviews and evaluates internal and external CRM talent pools, assesses talent pipelines for key positions as well as refines condition of CRM talent pools based on available talent.
* Defines HR processes and accountabilities in Recruiting.
* Is involved in managing relationships with recruitment vendors including bundling of recruitment vendors and agencies.
* Conducts sharing best practices in the recruitment and onboarding space.
Additional tasks
* Analyzes and creates functional HR reports and forecasts.
* Supports analyzing diversity status and key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
