Job Description
* You will gain valuable practical experience and insights in the field of research & development as part of an internship, a working student position or a thesis
* You will have the opportunity to actively work on exciting topics in the following areas
o Mechanical design and “rapid prototyping”, including e.g. 3D printing
o Numerical simulation
o Heat transport and thermodynamics
o Development of electronic circuits and firmware programming
o Material characterization with thermoanalytical and rheological methods
* You will take on responsible tasks, e.g:
o Supervision of experimental setups, validation and evaluation of experiments
o Development of technical concepts
o Development and testing of functional assemblies/prototypes
o Analysis and optimization of existing technical solutions
* You will get to know various devices for thermal analysis and rheology and gain insights into different material classes
Qualifications
* You are a student (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, process engineering, materials science or a comparable scientific/technical degree program
* You have a good technical understanding
* You work conscientiously, carefully, in a structured manner and are a team player
* You are highly motivated and reliable
* You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
