6. Writing appealing job advertisements in coordination with superiors
7. Carrying out an initial pre-selection of incoming applications in the "SF Recruiting" applicant management system and forwarding them to the specialist departments
8. Ensuring smooth administration of future employees in all IT systems with the help of the SucessFactors IT system and a professional process for preparing contracts
9. Responsible for the recruitment process when taking on employees from temporary employment agencies and taking on trainees
10. Acting as an expert for all IT systems and external platforms in the recruiting environment and ensuring that these are used efficiently
11. Acting as a competence center and taking on corresponding sub-project tasks to continuously improve the recruitment process
Your profile
12. Completed commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in the field of HR administration or additional training as an HR specialist
13. HR-specific knowledge in the areas of HR processes and HR systems
14. Additional acquisition of intercultural communication skills for extended consulting and transfer activities
15. Several years of adequate professional experience (depending on professional expertise)
16. Professional experience and HR expertise in the respective specialist area in connection with the use of the IT landscape
17. Understanding of collaboration in the HR 3-pillar model
18. Strive for innovative and efficient processes that meet the compliance principle
19. Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SucessFactors an advantage
20. Fluent written and spoken German and English
21. Independent, autonomous, reliable and service-oriented cross-functional working style
22. Ability to grasp complex issues and processes
23. Social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team
24. Pleasant and customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts
