Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for aMediabuy Managerto join their business in Germany.
We are looking for an experienced Regional Media Buy Manager for Germany to join our team. As a
Media Manager, your responsibility will encompass strategic media buying, campaign optimization, budget management, vendor negotiation, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking responsible for the development and implementation of the regional media strategy including media cooperation, planning, placement, analysis and optimization (e.g. at the touchpoints TV, print, OOH, radio, podcast in close cooperation with the regions media agency and media group)
2. Developing and executing comprehensive 360 media buy strategies (online and offline) across multiple European markets to drive brand awareness, brand consideration, and revenue growth.
3. Supporting regional teams in achieving sales, brand, and communication goals
4. Training and knowledge building of regional colleagues
5. Creating of regular reports including recommendations for action for the continuous optimization of me-dia activities
6. Controlling of the regional media agency and creation of agency briefings
7. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
9. Proven experience as Media manager or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
10. At least 8 years of professional experience in the planning, implementation, and analysis of media cam-paigns, ideally in a regional or global environment
11. Interest in following advertising and media trends
12. Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills
14. Organizational and multitasking abilities
15. Excellent English language skill is a must, other languages proficiency is a plus
