ForTheLoveOfFarming TheBiggestJobOnEarth” WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT We are driving forward the digitalization of agriculture The Global Data Steward is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and integrity of the data across the AP organization. The primary focus will be on implementing and enforcing data governance policies, maintaining data standards, and fostering collaboration between various business units and regions. You promote data ownership within the Marketing and Sales domains by implementing governance processes and ensuring compliance, which includes cataloging, classification, and metadata management. Furthermore, you align with Global Domain owners to address data demand requests, set priorities, and resolve complex data issues. You work together with product owners, data owners, data offices, and the central data team to synchronize governance processes, ensuring that data demands are clearly defined, understood, and consistently implemented across all domains. You act as a communication hub by translating complex governance concepts into actionable insights, fostering understanding among stakeholders, and promoting adherence to governance practices. In addition, you drive ongoing improvement in data practices by collecting feedback, performing gap analyses, and suggesting enhancements that align with industry standards, regulatory changes, and organizational priorities. WHAT YOU OFFER degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field (e.g., business informatics) 3-5 years of project management or data management experience, Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in data management deep knowledge and affinity in data management ecosystems and data governance proven experience as a Data Governance, Data Architect or in a similar role strong communication skills in English and German WHAT WE OFFER 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
