Identify improvement areas and design and implement scalable, efficient operating models in close collaboration with business units to enable scalable growth, cross-functional collaboration and sales effectiveness. Pricing Consultancy: Support business units in developing and refining value-based pricing models to accelerate the quotation process and improve win rates and profitability. Digital Sales & AI Integration: Evaluate existing and new sales tools and guide the integration of AI and automation technologies to increase sales effectiveness and productivity. Operational Sales Support for SAMs/KAMs/RAMs: Conduct workshops and consulting sessions on cross-selling, value proposition development (CSVP), customer-centric strategies and a data- and AI driven sales approach. Best Practice Sharing: Create, consolidate, and share standardized frameworks, templates, and toolkits across sales organizations to drive alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement. Project-based Collaboration: Collaborate directly with sales, management and business leaders on strategic sales transformation initiatives. Deliver measurable project outcomes within defined timelines that support TÜV SÜD's growth and efficiency goals. Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or a related field At least 4 years of experience in sales consulting, sales operations or business development, with a focus on process optimization or sales efficiency; consulting background is highly desirable Experience working in project-based or matrix environments, ideally across multiple regions or business units Strong understanding of B2B sales structures, methodologies and tools Hands-on experience with pricing or digital sales transformation is a plus Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving business impact High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
