Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges
2. Provide consultation on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients embrace technology-driven solutions for improved decision-making, data analysis, and performance tracking
3. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate SaaS products
4. Lead the implementation and integration of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo as well as offer comprehensive training and support to clients, ensuring their employees are proficient in utilizing Wodis Sigma & Wodis Yuneo effectively
5. Act as a trusted advisor, establishing long-term relationships with clients and providing ongoing guidance and support to maximize the value derived from SaaS products
Qualifications:
6. Completed apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as real estate or business administration
7. Preferably experience as a Consultant with expertise in SaaS products.
8. In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including property management, asset management, leasing, and financial operations
9. Familiarity with SaaS products commonly used in real estate, such as property management software, CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms
10. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of designing and implementing effective solutions
11. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
12. Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources
