The AIFM is seeking a Corporate Officer with a minimum of three years of experience, particularly in managing holdings in private equity.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Private Equity – SPV – Corporate – Legal - AIFM
* You manage the corporate governance of holding companies in private equity.
* You coordinate with various stakeholders, including legal advisors and auditors, to handle the good legal standing of the entities.
* You prepare and review documentation related to board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and other corporate matters.
* You maintain and update corporate records, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with the latest standards.
* In summary, you will handle the daily lifecycle of the entities, from constitution to dissolution/liquidation.

* You have a minimum of three years of experience as a Corporate Officer, and have acquired experience working with holdings in private equity. This experience can be acquired in a service provider or in-house in Luxembourg.
* Fluency in English is essential, allowing effective communication with the team.
* Your background in handling holding companies will make you a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of private equity structures.
