The job role here is a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role to be responsible for whole ordering process of orders, interfacing with customers, sellers and all internal parties to ensure internal/external satisfaction in support of business objectives. Ensuring all customer orders are entered, processed and confirmed within agreed timelines with high accuracy rate via multiple channels. Follow through order lifecyle, keeping order up to date and proactively communicate changes to customers and issue order reconfirmations. Maintain customer specific master data (outputs, CMIR, contacts) to ensure automated processes & outputs flow well. Monitors mailboxes, fax and phones, responds to customer enquiries & resolves complaints • Self-motivated and quick learner • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) • Strong Customer focus – inquisitive curiosity, an open mind and a desire to succeed • Ability to manage conflicting priorities & work under pressure • Strong teamwork skills and a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating in a team setting. •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and similar technology and systems. •Ability to learn SAP and other technology/systems •Fluent in English plus other languages (Area specific)
