Your tasks.
* Development and implementation of the EUSA sales strategy with growth plans for new customers, products, markets
* Identifying new opportunities and winning them from customers, markets, products
* Plan, organize, execute and track sales plans/goals for business growth
* Preparation of offers and prices, negotiation of daily offers
* Financial performance monitoring
* Mobilize resources within PKC to meet customer needs
* Regular reporting
Your profile.
* 5 years' experience in automotive industry (OEM, Tier1)
* Strategic selling skills with strong negotiation capability
* Result oriented; ability to identify problems and solve them in an analytical manner
* Ability to lead and influence others
* High social and communications skills, ablility to build trust
* Willingness to travel
* Understanding of the wire harness products and market is a strong plus
* Fluent written and spoken English and German
