Job Description
As experts of Avaloq's Web & Mobile Banking solutions, we are responsible for developing, improving and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European market. Following agile development processes, we take care of all aspects related to our Web Banking offering by leveraging on our Avaloq Core Platform and tailoring the product to the market demands. You will be part of an international and dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across several locations all over Europe.
As a Product Owner Web Banking at Avaloq, you can be part of many exciting and challenging projects relating to cutting-edge worldwide banking initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading functional, technical and DevOps aspects of the stream, ensuring high-quality implementation of new features and enhancements
* Conducting target solution assessments and defining implementation options in collaboration with the Web product team
* Facilitating and leading internal and client-facing workshops to drive solution design and implementation strategies
* Coordinating configuration tasks and workload within the stream while ensuring alignment with the back-end and architecture teams
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-performing technology solutions
Qualifications
* Experience in leading software development or implementation projects in wealth management technology
* Strong technical and DevOps expertise within financial services or banking solutions
* Ability to assess, design and drive target solutions aligned with business and client needs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in leading client workshops
* Business fluent in both German and English
* Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks
* University degree in Computer Science or related discipline (preferable)
