In this role you will be responsible for coordinating continuous improvement processes across 5 European sites, driving results and spearheading change management activities. You will be reporting into the Manufacturing Director. Your tasks: Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Analyze and improve processes across various functions within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Department, such as Warehouse & Logistics, Internal Machining, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing Methodology. Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing operations and improving process efficiency. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance and make necessary adjustments. Training and Guidance: Provide training and support to teams on new processes and improvement opportunities. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the main processes within the department. Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives to support operational and company-wide improvements. Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and operational standards. Your profile: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience Proven related working operational experience (At least 10 years) Experience in leading in a matrix environment Experience in Planning and/or Project Management Ability and willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time and must comply with all relevant company travel and tax policies Fluency in both written and spoken German and English Capability and experience to work with local and remote resources, merging people from different locations as needed to close complex projects in due time Ability to lead, coach, mentor and work effectively across functions whilst leading in a matrix environment.
