Purpose
At Reebok, we believe that through fitness, people can improve themselves physically, mentally and socially, because we can all Be More Human. This position will help us spread this message by creating and implementing strategies that efficiently increase Reebok’s paid, owned and earned media coverage.
This individual will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Reebok digital media and publishing through the continuous evaluation, evolution and execution of the Reebok Europe Newsroom strategy. Help to build Reebok’s brand profile and Ecom business through digital media, social media and PR strategies.
Key Accountabilites
* Lead a team of social, PR and analytics experts to evaluate opportunities and evolve Newsroom approach
* Manage the Digital Newsroom approach and drive the paid media strategy
* Manage the overall brand publishing calendar and drive close collaboration with the Ecom team
* Collaborate with key internal partners (e.g. Ecom, Brand Activation) to provide input into Global planning and excellence in local execution
* Build internal and external relationships and monitor trends in brand journalism, digital newsrooms and digital storytelling
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* University degree with at least 8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the Sports Industry or consumer goods industry for a minimum of 3 years
* Proven experience in paid media, social media and PR
* Passion for digital marketing innovations, consumer trends and the sporting goods/health and fitness industry
* Demonstrated knowledge of KPIs and a proven ability to manage budgets effectively
* Strong presentation skills and excellent communicator together with experience in successfully leading a team
