The Customer demand coordinator will be the main contact with the customer (OEM/ OAM). to treat variations or in terms of deviation to the delivery plan. Gather, analyze, and review electronic data interchange (EDI) and customer orders to convert into master schedule based on cycle times, efficiency, pieces, direct labor, and finished goods inventory levels. Communicate with others in the company to inform them of any customers demand changes and other critical information that affects their ability to perform their jobs effectively, as necessary. Dispute the extreme variation call off with the customers (unpredictable shut down, high increase of call off.) Be focused on our performance evaluation rate from our customers. Drive the OAM flow to the subcontractors to deliver in time theirs needs. Support the Planning & Scheduling team during the production planning creation and update. Provide demand planning data and analysis to supervisor planning & scheduling, mid long term. Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field required Experience in customer relationship management / customer service / customer demand management 3+ years of experience of Scheduling in a manufacturing environment or similar work experience required. Cooperation within teams to successfully carry out tasks and responsibilities. Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel (Pivot tables e.g.) Word, and PowerPoint Hands on approach to problem solving with direct customer contact Ability to work under time pressure as well multi tasking events Excellent Analytical Skills, particularly in forecasting and anticipating production needs and capabilities Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations In depth knowledge of planning system software and material requirement planning (MRP) Potential traveling required to the customer site Excellent communication skills in German and English are mandatory, French would be an asset
