This is the moment you've been waiting for: become part of our team Tasks & responsibilities - In your new role, you oversee, drive, and directly manage the implementation of the overarching category strategy in the global sub-category of assigned areas of responsibility. - You lead and develop a team with different seniorities, pursuing their growth and improving their contribution to Boehringer's strategic goals, and helping them to build mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally. - You bring market knowledge and potential innovations to BI to ensure continuous improvement and competitiveness while leading a multi-disciplinary, international business team to optimize external spend and drive better business results - With your expertise, you establish effective relationship management with internal business partners (BPs) to analyze and optimize the use of internal demand across multiple OPUs and Business areas - You are responsible to align goals with BI's overall objectives in collaboration with the Head of Global Category while also monitoring the relationships with key suppliers within assigned Global Sub-category against governance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Lastly, you potentially lead and drive sourcing projects within the Global Category, Sourcing Area, or higher levels in various Sourcing Areas. Requirements - Master's degree or Diploma in marketing or business administration combined with a strong knowledge of agency management and pharmaceutical marketing. - Long term experience in managing and establishing complex categories paired with few years of experience in leading international teams - Sound knowledge on the Agency environment and content process, paired with experience in stakeholder, risk management (both internal and external) and technological disruptions (AI) - Open-minded, motivated, persuasive and perseverant personality with outstanding internal and external relationship management skills - Willingness to travel (approximately 15% of your working time) and extremely high fluency in English; German or additional language skills are an asset Ready to contact us?
