Job Title: Sales Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales by opening new accounts and enhancing business with existing customers. You will lead and coordinate all sales activities to obtain maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
You will actively support designed customers through regular customer visits, presentations, and negotiations. Additionally, you will cooperate with Advantest worldwide to support the development and implementation of global solutions.
Your responsibilities include keeping abreast of sales trends and market development, adapting and implementing necessary actions in consensus with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
You will contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of the company. This includes providing professional reporting through weekly sales reports, rolling forecasts, and participation in regular sales meetings.
Requirements:
* Degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Semiconductor Manufacturing/Automation or similar field
* Relevant semiconductor experience, preferably in the ATE business
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Capable of cross-cultural leadership activities
* Communicative and team-oriented
* Motivational and organizational skills
* Ability to travel up to 70% frequently in Europe and overseas (also on short notice)
