As a CASAFARI Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
The Role
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the specific market they are in;
* Develop a deep understanding of our product and industry to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients;
* Increase Portfolio through identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations;
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth;
* Provide regular updates and reports on account activity, revenue, and growth opportunities;
* Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and maintain a strong network;
* Provide training sessions to customers on our products and its usage.
Ideal Profile
Skills & Technical Requirements:
* Communication skills: both written and spoken; effective communication with clients, colleagues both in person and over the phone/online meetings;
* Negotiation skills: strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and secure contracts.
* Time Management skills: to be able to jungle multiple clients, meetings and targets at the same time;
* Customer Support: ability to provide excellent customer service, by building and maintaining relationships, understanding client’s needs, address issues and concerns;
* Attention to detail: they should have a keen eye to detail, ensuring all the paperwork, contracts and other documents are accurate and complete;
* Technical skills: knowledge of software and tools that are relevant to keep their workflow organised; capable of analysing data and looking for opportunities for clients.
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase new business opportunities and guarantee great support to our customers.
* 2+ years of experience in sales or account management (preferably B2B, SaaS and RE)
* Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals;
* Native German & fluent English; any additional European languages will be a bonus;
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth;
* Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Willingness to travel occasionally;
* Ability to multitask, work and focus under pressure;
* Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Empathetic, desire to help and support clients.
* Passionate about new AI technologies;
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
