» Your tasks:
* Streamline compensation-related processes and document improvements in Workday.
* Optimize supervisory and functional organization structures, and maintain the job catalog.
* Assist in implementing Workday Advanced Compensation features and support compensation projects.
* Establish and support the framework for our People Mobility program, including employee transfers.
* Collaborate with HR teams on ongoing projects, including documentation and process mapping.
* Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
» Your profile:
* Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); interest in HR technology and familiarity with Workday is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
* Eagerness to learn and contribute to impactful HR projects.
