The role you could fill:
As the Product Specialist, you will collaborate with other members of the sales team and our customers. You will deep dive into the needs of the most demanding last mile delivery fleets and focus on defining and delivering customer-centric value propositions. This crucial position will also involve cross-country collaboration with your peers from other markets and HQ. You will be responsible for identifying and recommending complete hardware solutions based on customer requirements, and actively supporting co-construction efforts with key customers.
Your expertise will contribute to the success of key accounts while aligning with the overall business strategy.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Become the German product expert for all vehicle related elements of the Flexis solutions lineup.
Oversee the development and execution of customer-centric solutions across different last-mile delivery customer segments.
* Work closely with key account teams to understand the specific needs and challenges of clients within the last-mile delivery segment.
* Define and package customer-centric value propositions that align with clients' operational, ESG and strategic objectives.
* Actively engage in co-construction efforts with all stakeholders and our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and engagement sessions.
* Support key accounts project on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate our solution to customers operational constraints.
* Ensure that team members are up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations.
* Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs.
* Spend time embedded in the day to day operations of our customers to fully understand their pain points and needs.
* Exchange on regular basis with HQ counterparts, in order to provide them with German market insights and influence product roadmaps according to customer needs

LCV & Last mile delivery knowledge
Background with E-mobility would be a plus
Ability to manage customer relationships in complex environments.

Able to work cross functionally in project mode.
Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
Fluent English
Fluent German
Fluent French could be a plus but not mandatory.
