A Growth Intern supports the Growth team across various stages of user acquisition, monetization, and creative processes. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain firsthand experience in online marketing at scale—across leading mobile advertising platforms like Meta, Applovin, and Google Ads. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at performance marketing, mobile advertising, the impact of creative innovation on user behavior and game production dynamics.
Please be aware that this position is a limited paid internship (6 months).
What you will do:
1. Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to upload and test new creatives, and contribute ideas based on competitor research or market trends
2. Assist the team in configuring and monitoring acquisition campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection, basic performance optimization and documentation
3. Record and communicate campaign results, highlight actionable insights, and help translate them into next steps
4. Conduct basic research to discover overlooked chances for expansion or optimization, then present findings to the team
5. Demonstrate an eagerness to learn about marketing metrics (e.g., CPI, CTR, ROI) and how they shape decision-making within user acquisition and monetization
6. Support coordination with external partners or platforms by gathering essential details and passing along relevant questions or updates
Who you are:
7. Strong Interest in Marketing and Analytics: Demonstrated curiosity about online advertising, mobile marketing, or related fields
8. Eagerness to Learn: Comfortable diving into performance metrics (e.g., CPI, CTR) and open to feedback and guidance from experienced colleagues.
9. Basic Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and a willingness to learn new platforms or software used in digital marketing
10. Communication and Teamwork: Clear, proactive communication in sharing progress or obstacles, and a friendly, collaborative approach within a dynamic team
11. Adaptability: Ability to handle shifting priorities and respond flexibly to new insights or business needs.
