We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Pricing Analyst - Global Pricing (Korean Speaking) to join the Customer Logistics Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.
1. Jointly with your Pricing Manager, work very closely with the Local Korean Pricing team to perform market and pricing analysis and develop actionable insights and recommendations to enhance pricing performance throughout Korea.
2. You create A/B test plans and manage them end to end - incl. implementation, analysis and communication
3. You monitor the performance of Woowa’s pricing initiatives across Korea, take ownership and proactively address opportunities to ensure a positive P&L impact
4. Work closely with a cross-functional team of professionals with domain expertise in the fields of Commercial, Data and Product & Engineering. This includes supporting the development of our best-in-class dynamic pricing tool
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools - consuming diverse data sources - to support pricing decision-making
6. Establish and maintain close relationships with the Korea Local Pricing team to ensure smooth collaboration as well as regular knowledge exchange
Qualifications
7. 2 - 4 years of professional experience, strong knowledge of analytical toolkits (SQL and Excel)
8. Korean speaking and/or work experience in the Korean market with Korean stakeholders
9. Very strong analytical skills to quickly assess the performance of pricing and develop recommendations
10. Python, R, Tableau and others are a plus
11. Problem-solving skills to deliver quick and efficient, pragmatic solutions
12. Strong communication skills to explain complex pricing topics in a clear manner and get the buy-in of local and central teams
Nice to have:
13. Hands-on experience in Asian or European markets and roll-out of new pricing strategies and tools
14. Work experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideally in Pricing or Revenue Management department
