1. Develop and execute WRC’s global marketing strategy, driving brand growth and audience engagement.Lead integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact across digital, social, and traditional platforms.Work closely with commercial and content teams to align marketing initiatives with sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue objectives.Oversee the creation of engaging content, storytelling, and brand activations that captivate fans and commercial stakeholders alike.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling partner and sponsorship activations that enhance brand visibility and partner value.Develop co-branded campaigns with sponsors and broadcasters, ensuring seamless integration into WRC’s global marketing efforts.Strengthen relationships with media outlets, trade partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify WRC’s presence across motorsport and entertainment platforms.
3. Stay ahead of industry trends, digital advancements, and fan engagement strategies to continuously evolve WRC’s marketing approach.Utilize audience insights and campaign data to optimise marketing strategies and improve performance.Collaborate with internal teams to turn research and insights into effective, data-driven marketing strategies.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5. Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles within sports, events, entertainment, or media industries.
6. Proven ability to build and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth and audience engagement.
7. Strong expertise in sponsorship marketing, partner activations, and commercial collaborations.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
9. Excellent communication, storytelling, brand messaging, and project management skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
11. Travel 20-30%
