They are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blue-collar payroll, as we employ a significant number of manufacturing and shop floor personnel. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out payroll accounting, ensuring compliance with all tax, social security, and employment contract provisions. Recording and processing personnel and time data in SAP R/3 HR. Serving as the contact person for managers, employees, health insurance companies, and authorities on wage tax and social security matters. Preparing necessary documents, reports, and certificates, and maintaining personnel files. Communicating with external service providers. Continuously developing existing HR processes and participating in HR projects. Managing general personnel and administrative activities. Requirements: Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist. At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, specifically with blue-collar payroll. Very good knowledge of payroll programs and SAP R/3 HR. Good knowledge of German tax, social security, and labor law. Strong German language skills (at least strong conversational) and good English skills, both written and spoken. Proactive, careful, and independent way of working. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Enthusiasm, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
